Company History

Originally under the name BOF Paintball, we’ve been operating Cumbria’s most exciting paintballing since 2008 – and thanks to our unprecedented range of scenarios (including 200 metres of WW1 trenches, Colditz scaffold towers, plus scenarios First Blood Part 1 & Zero Dark Bin Laden) we quickly earned a reputation as THE place to paintball for anyone keen to for a thrilling experience with a healthy dose of the unexpected.

In 2012 & 2013 we added archery, sumo wresting suits and zorb football to our list of activities – and we found our services increasingly in demand for corporate team-building days, parties and events, as well as our hen and stag groups. We also started hiring our activities to off-site locations – which we now can do for Paintball, Sumo, Archery and Clay Pigeon Shooting.

In 2014 we thought it was high time to have a name that more accurately reflected the wider range of activities we offered, and we re-launched the business as Cumbrian Adventures, with the new face including a brand new website, and a whole host of new activities for 2015: Mountain boarding, Cumbrian Cresta, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Cumbrian Olympics, Offroad Go Karting, Fly Fishing and our very own it’s a knock-out style ‘Cumbrian Olypmics’.
